International Delivery
We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on destination. Please allow additional time for customs clearance where applicable.
Returns
We want you to love your Montera watch. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The watch must be in exactly the same condition as received - unworn, unaltered, and undamaged
- All original packaging must be included
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
