Warranty Coverage
Your Montera watch is warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
- Automatic movement functionality
- Dial, hands, and applied indices
- Case, crown, bezel, and caseback
- Bracelet, clasp, and factory-fitted components
All covered repairs will be carried out free of charge during the warranty period.
What Is Not Covered
The Montera warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading)
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or impacts
- Damage from water exposure beyond the rated depth
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Loss, theft, or cosmetic damage
- Strap wear (leather, rubber, or fabric straps)
